Hi!

You probably ended up here because you love our hummus, and for that I want to thank you for enjoying our product. My name is Isabelle George and I founded Sitto’s Hummus in 2022 as a way to connect with people in town and share a small piece of myself in the process. I am half Lebanese on my dad’s side and grew up with a strong Lebanese influence in my life. I grew up next door to my Sitto (grandmother) and Giddo (grandfather) in western Massachusetts. My upbringing consisted of many days spent at my Sitto’s house learning how to make different Lebanese dishes and picking up on her tips and tricks to making everything taste just right (hint hint always add more lemon).

Now that I am an adult living in North Carolina with kids of my own and I am so grateful for all of those moments that I got to spend cooking with and learning from my Sitto. Luckily, I ended up marrying a chef who appreciates good food just as much as I do. Charles is the backbone of Sitto’s Hummus and I am so lucky to have him as a partner in business and in life.

All of the hours that we put in to make the perfect hummus are fueled by our family. We have two amazing little boys that we were blessed with in 2025, and they have been a huge factor in motivating us to grow our business and share our hummus as far and wide as possible. We are eternally grateful for the opportunity to own our own little family business and for every day that we get to spend doing what we love.
